On Kindness
If you can, find ways in your life to even approach people who typically would intimidate you with the same sweetness as those who wouldn’t.
Do your very best to keep yourself steady if someone shakes you up, transmute their nonsense behavior through your receiving self and back out as a breath of peace.
This can change timelines, this is magic and this is how you assist others reach a higher vibrating space, it may have been impossible for them to make that jump without you there. Help each other, and be kind.
This is being a human, this exchange and assistance between our spirits is built into us. In his book “Healing Sounds”, Jonathan Goldman talks about ‘harmonic transmission’ - a phenomenon that happens when a skill or gift is transferred by a Master to a student or apprentice simply by them being in the presence of the Master. He uses an example of Gyume Tibetan monks, and how the younger monks are often able to inherit the Tibetan Deep Voice Chant simply by being with older monks who have mastered the technique.
Think of this, master sweetness and goodness and send it outward, vibrate it, and those around you will begin to match this frequency by just sharing the same space with you.
Adding small droplets of fresh waster into a jar full of stale water will eventually entirely fill the jar with fresh water. These actions of kindness are the droplets.
To be kept sick and miserable is to keep us divided and gnawing at each other where our natural function is connection. Turn the tables, jump the timeline, elevate those around you with the simplest of actions - kindness. Be nice. Be kind.
